Forget Man U, the biggest fall from grace of a football giant this season has been the once mighty AC Milan.
The club has some once great or at least promising players such as the capricious precocious Balotelli, Urby Emanuelson (Fulham fans might disagree from his loan spell), Bonera and Mexes (experienced defenders), Kaka and Robinho (admittedly he was awful at Man City). These are all players who were great in the past but have underperformed at Milan. Some of these players will be out of contract and be cheap pickings for an EPL side. These players were great once and could be again with the right club and management (look at Sturridge thriving at Liverpool after so-so eras at Chelsea and Man City? Which AC Milan flops would you like to acquire to bolster your squad. Kaka might be great at Spurs, Aston Villa or Stoke. He might not even be that expensive. |

Might not be expensive in transfer cost, but Kaka's wages are definitely way too much for a Villa or Stoke.
I'd have El Shaarawy, De Jong and Honda at Liverpool. Balotelli has the quality and all the stories about him are great, but it'd be a disaster if he played for your club. |

Yes, but Kaka will know he'll have to take a huge pay cut plus playing at a non CL team like a Villa will boost he's confidence as he is "better" than the club. Agbanlohor et all would look up to him.

Kaka will stay at Milan I think while he's still good enough for top level football, supposed to be going to the MLS at some point though probably in a couple of years
Don't think Balotelli will leave either and he's not been that much of a flop, probably been their best player this season |

Apparently Arsenal are looking at Balotelli. He'd be perfect for us.
