I just managed to get a Neg taken off about 20 mins after i got it.
That never happens  anyone notice that ebay customer service is getting better? |

In some ways I agree with you ,but Im a seller on ebay ,and the sellers rights are zero, you cannot even give a neg against a non payer ,you get bad buyers as often as you get bad sellers, too biased
