Okay first things first, Don't be disheartened by criticism. It helps you learn and improve your skills.

Secondly, Don't use the age card. You will become better after time, your beginning and showing your works, which is fine, but there's no need to go "I'm 13" to try and stop any constructive criticsms.

Also, yeah, Buster, use Photoshop or illustrator, they're much better than paint, paint is a big no no if you want to get better.
