i don't get why she continued to act like she was singing??

It was for the today show in america, when she stopped singing, they dubbed the song over her voice, so if you were watching it at home it looked like she was singing live, but they didn't play the dubbed vocals at the show it self, so there was just backing singers and her looking like she's straining for a ****
