If the housemate wants to leave they walk through the door and are kept in the room until big brother can arrange to have them removed from the house.
Totally one way. No going back. I can't stand "I want to go" diary room repeat offenders

Terrible idea. People moaning about going home are potential drama starters. Why boot them out and miss out on a possible meltdown later on?

People moaning about going home endlessly without doing it are annoying attention seekers, and anything but entertaining imo.

To you. Other may love the housemate and find that drama with them entertaining. Or maybe people enjoy watching other housemates react to the person wanting to go and it ends up causing more drama for the house. Either way, you gain nothing from prematurely booting them (aside from maybe a new housemate that may or may not be interesting).

Nah. People will walk through it in a heated moment and not be able to go back when they inevitably calm down and change their mind.

I like the old way smashing the emergency exit door and walking out.

This would be really fun if they did a house with like 35 people like they did that one time on the Philippines version of Big Brother. Put in tons of people on the first night. Those who can't take the pressure are told that they can leave within the first 3 days. After that no quitting what so ever. It would never happen obviously, but its such a cool idea.
