I don't see anything wrong with it if I'm honest, the shower is absolutely massive and it's not as if they are stood there lathering each other up with soap

I don't see the problem? They weren't having full frontal sex in the shower, or touching each other, or kissing, or anything. Literally standing away from each other in a massive shower.
