On first glance it'll obviously go downhill but I do accept the point some people have been making in that she's arguably stifling some others and so they may actually end up being able to speak up for themselves

Getting rid of her followed by the likes of Toya, Helen and Jale WILL destroy the show though

This tbh. I'm ok with her leaving as others will come out of their shell more, but evicting so many big characters ruins the show.
