Danielle and Ashleigh's 'threats'

So we have seen Ashleigh threaten she would smash someone and Danielle threaten she would tear Helen to shreds. (both said behind peoples back but still said)

Is it fair that they get to say stuff like that without repercussion when if Helen said it she would be called to the DR and warned?

Surely it should be one rule for all and no I'm not saying that BB should be handing out warnings left, right and centre here I'm genuinely curious of what people think of this

Opinions?
