Default why dont adults skip ?

How come, when you're a kid, you skip.. i used to love skipping along! .. it's such a happy thing, .. i was watching some 5 year olds going to school this morning .. all skipping along with thier little pack packs, full of the joys of life!! When i went to get a paper and some milk, i thought i'd give it a go .. have'nt done it for years & years, .. it was fantastic!!!! i felt like a little kid again!!
..Why dont adults skip anymore!!! .. its a wonderous feeling, you're not walking, and you're not running .. you are skipping!!!!!
I'm going to skip to work today .. i dont care what people say about me .. it's my life, and if i wanna skip, i'll bloodywell skip!!
..lets all skip!!

Boxers skip, maybe you could start out as an amatuer boxer just so you can do skipping and then mix that with your other favourite thing-moon walking and I'm sure you'd be a real knockout........oh I'm sorry I mean you'll get knocked out

i dont mean skipping with a rope! .. skipping!! a cross between walking and running! ..like we used to do when we were about 5 !

. . i bet if all adults skipped along, the world would be a better place.. can you imagine Tony Blair skipping out of 10 Downing street, holding hands with Gordon Brown!.

That's what the bloke in little britain does...

I agree with what you said though. It reminded me of the episode of Friends where Phoebe was teaching Rachel how to run like a kid. She was flailing her arms about and generally acting like an escaped mental patient.

I tried it once, and now my neighbours avoid me.

Who says we don't skip?

I skip.

Admittedly - with a rope, not just as I'm going down the road.

No, hang on, I do that as well, when I'm with my grandson.........

Skipping is not the exclusive domain of the very young and the very silly.....

I hope!
