Early on in the interactive story, I added a ghost story sub plot which it was thought should not be continued with.

However, according to the Dean Interview thread on Talk Big Brother (Copied from BBUK), there is this exchange

I heard somewhere there was a Big Brother Ghost, was this true?

I didn’t see one but production staff had an image on camera which they couldn’t explain. Whoooooo!

It was shown on "Big Brother's Little Brother" The figure was a human figure standing at the end of Elizabeths bed - it was actually very creepy.....

I don't think they have released the image although I am sure there are some people who have recorded BBLB so maybe someone could see if they have it for us

I saw that BBLB. It was absolutely OBVIOUSLY Helen's dressing gown hanging up. OH and I laughed at the time about how silly it all was.
