Her hair is dyed and I think I detected extensions the other day. Personally I would chop about 15cm off the bottom all round to even it up.

She should cut it a bit. Its stupid long for an adult and she is forever playing with it and combing it. It should suit her much better a bit shorter and not quite as blonde as I believe its not her natural colour

It would be better if she wore it back to front, therefore over her face so we didn't have to keep seeing her miserable face when she starts whining and moaning depressingly in the diary room particularly.
