So, one of the people on their shortlist is ill and she's just made immune from eviction, leaving it between Danielle and Ashleigh?

The only thing that makes sense in my opinion is that Steven is being ejected and so Kimberly has served her purpose. They cannot say "Kimberly's done a runner". They don't need to give immunity to Kimberly to eject Ashleigh.
