Would people think it is fair Kim was excluded from the eviction due to anything related to potential pregnancy or anything to do with her shenanigans with Steven under the sheets? Or would her illness have to be an actual illness to make it fair she was essentially saved from being evicted - since the new housemates had decided on her and therefore the producers knew, she was definitely going until her illness took hold.
