Default Was Kimberly's Stomach Ulcer Caused By Steven Stressing Her Out?
I feel Steven means well and genuinely cares for Kim but it was obvious that he had upset her in the days before she fell ill.
Kim crying in the bathroom was the first strong emotional reaction we'd seen from her. One of the HM's mentioned a stomach ulcer and those can often be stress induced.
I hope she doesn't blame Steven for what happened and I hope she remains loyal to him while he's inside the house but I feel this theory fits with the course of events.

Why do you think she would stay loyal to Steven when she couldnt stay loyal to her actual boyfriend for 2 weeks?

Steven, like so many in this situation, has chosen to ignore this. Mind you it's almost certainly game playing on his part

Can you conceive of yourself, on being told the object of your affection was ill, responding "Poor cow" (or male equivalent)?!
