Well, apart from one being saved via the App vote. In my eyes, it's not normal nominations unless all can both nominate and be nominated.

yeah but its not normal noms because one wil be saved 2 if Helen is also safe as well so basically only 7 to vote from

Well it is not staying normal noms if the public can make a housemate immune too from being up for eviction.
So it is a case of another week of noms and the eviction process being altered.

It says something that they think its a normal weeks nominations when more than 20% of the housemates will be immune from being nominated.
