Already I can hear the Chris haters saying that I am making excuses and that that the evidence is there that he is "creepy".
I am speaking as someone who has been a casual supporter of him. I would be disappointed to see him go this close to the final but if he does then so be it. And I do agree that his behaviour this week has been puzzling. However, I do find it amazing that people can suddenly turn on a HM after just one week because of their behaviour following 5 weeks of him behaving very well. It does feel as though there are some posters who are like sheep, jumping onto any bandwagon that comes along without asking this question. What possible reason would Chris have for acting the way he does suddenly having not done so for 5 weeks? Isn't it more likely that there is something else happening that we aren't being shown. What's more likely? Chris suddenly has a complete personality change and acts horrible or there is more to this than the highlights are showing. And it would be in BB's interests to do this. Chris is one of the most unusual HMs we've ever seen on BB - he certainly won't bring in the mag deals that the likes of Winston will. A crafty strategy of lots of negative out of context edits does the trick in eliminating the competition. If this isn't what's happening, you have to ask why would Chris do this? As an intelligent man, what motive could be there? |
