Are they freezing and evicting the bottom 3?

If look on wikipedia it reads

Fewest votes
Fewest votes
Fewest votes
Then
Fewest votes from 3
Fewest votes from 2
Most votes to win

Freeze then re-open lines after 4th place had been evicted? Then freeze, re-open and freeze, re-open for final 3?

Which 3 housemates with have the fewest votes at that point?
