Default Stewart criticises \"rubbish\" \'X Factor\' stars

The rocker stayed tight-lipped when asked to comment on the acts while appearing as a guest on last week's live show, but he has now criticised the show for its lack of real talent.

"To tell you the truth I thought so many of them were rubbish," he told Virgin Radio host Christian O'Connell, not realising that his comments were being broadcast. "I was very disappointed with the Scottish contingent, especially the two boys in the kilts. I didn't want to say it on the programme. The overall quality is nowhere near what it is in the States."

Suddenly realising his mistake, Rod added: "Are we live on air? I wish I was dead. I'm trying to stay neutral."

the only people that HAVE talent on there are leona and Nikkita and YES it DOES matter about ratings....oh and i have been on stage in front 1000 people ACTUALLY so and SCD BEAT XFactor last night
