1. I'd allocate Gary huge bouncer/minder like a true Hollywood star who doubled as a butler and brought him lovely cooked breakfasts with veggie sausages while the others were on rations. The housemates would all have to queue for his autograph for hours in the rain. And Leslie could be little gnome who throws petals ahead for Gary to walk on.

2. I'd do a therapy task where all of the housemates had to attend long lectures and workshops on how to behave towards a 70 year old partially deaf person.
