The word DRAMA conjures up loads of different ideas.

1. Jumping around like a looney wetting the floor with water and cutting up shorts (FRENCHY) is one type that we the public see as entertaining.

2. Standing up to a little gay guy and threatening to squash him (KELLIE) is yet another example of drama.

3. Standing up to a professional boxer in a FAUX attempt to look good (JAMES) is exciting but somewhat uncomfortable to watch.

In all these cases, they are all classed as entertaining but in different ways. Most people like to see a show filled with number 1's. most of us hate to see the likes of number 2's and just about everyone feels number 3's are pretty uncomfortable......HOWEVER, there are exceptions to the rule.

What the likes of me and the older members on here feel that are entertaining, completely differs from the younger viewers so we will always have different views of entertainment and this might go a long way to explain why some of us want the likes of Kellie and James kicked out, they display entertaining traits that are self absorbent and self gratifying. In other words, the drama they create is designed to help them and not the show.

Gary and Frenchy are causing drama due to their own personality traits and their style of entertainment is there due to their nature, naivety and who they are.

The nasty stuff comes from HM's that throw caution to the wind and allow their inner daemons to surface and cant help it but don't want to do it and this is the type of drama that gets our goats and why people like Leslie, who is basically a nice guy, look like really nasty individuals and these actions cant be accepted by some of us.

Whilst there are different views, perceptions, moral codes, actions and motives in the mix, all the HM's will have different critics. Some people think Kellies actions are truthful and honest and will therefore support her through thick and thin, whilst people like me think her actions are defo not truthful so we will always look differently at everything she does, hence the arguments and fights on here.

In short what's entertaining for some is nasty for others.

I agree with this to some extent. I don't normally want big characters gone early, but I made an exception for Pauline. Could not stand her.

I agree with this mostly, it's partly why there was such outrage that Helen won. However, I don't think that the difference of opinion is based on older vs. younger audience members. I'm sure there is some pattern, but I think older and younger people can all have different ideas about what's entertaining
