She has a chin implant, along with a nose job and lip surgery. She has a double chin because she's a round-faced girl with a fake chin sticking out of it to try to mimic a more angular face.

Jale was quite big lol, and Lauren with the big lips and plastic face and the most god awful accent known to man? Not attractive in the slightest.
