Well i suffer quite bad from anxiety and stuff as well and i blow on my thumb when i feel it start going off.. i've been doing it for years, but only recently found out that it helps because there are so many nerve ending in the end of your thumb, that it sends signals to your brain or something and it helps cal you down

Yeah I second this. Or, think about what fun things will be at the party such as maybe your close friends. Sticking to a few buddies at the start of a party can help ease up the tension and stress of going!

Easy. Don´t go and stay home watching tv, playing games, eating or whatever you like to do.

No one can force you to go or do anything you don´t want to do.

I personally hate party´s. Or any places where there are lots of people (a huge crowd).

In the end i had a good night. I didnt take drugs, or piss on the floor or buy warriors album (the place is actually called warriors ) i drank more than i was gonna and did some dancing

..hawww I'm glad you had a good evening Luke, it's often the way that you worry about these things but then enjoy yourself a lot more than you think and they're not nearly as bad as you think they're going to be...hopefully that'll encourage you next time..?..good that you showed them those moves as well.....
