Oh blooming heck, can Cowell make it more obvious? He's clearly instructed 1D to back Lauren to get even more tweenie girls to back her [loads were backing her anyway, let's be honest the tweenies will not back Jay, Andrea or Stevi]. Now that Jack is out and bromance is over 1D can tow the Cowell line.

She won't win though and it's not like Jack did well with all of Louis' hyping of him, so who cares?

Lauren can easily win, most viewers and voters are over 35+ [just look at old fogey themes and songs] so she only really has OTY and SK as tweenie fan vote rivals and well she's never been in bottom 2. A quck glance on social media shows most of her fans are under 20, female.

Cowell would be happy for a Lauren victory, no recent young female wins, mega success of Ella H etc. Plus only Lauren and Ben can realistically beat ever Andrea whose support dwindles from week 1[Paul will have similar but smaller support base as Andrea]. So in final with them Ben and Andrea would compete for older vote, Lauren would have most tweenie girl votes to themselves [Ben as good looking as he may be is bit too old to be a heartthrob/ bae for younger females.]

I read that 1D was backing Ben on one of the other sites so how true is this really?

Does anyone else find it weird that wherever Simon goes there is always a member of 1D with him? Like Niall randomly being on his changing room along with Sinitta, bet that was a wild night I hate that 1D are the success story of X factor it should have always been Leona. I miss her, where has she gone?!!

Sadly 1D have consigned Leona to the history books. Everyone said "noone from XF would ever be as successful as Leona". That seems crazy now. I remember when she tried to concoct a showmance with 1D Liam ffs.

I saw them interviewed today,they said Andrea was good also Lauren,so I don't think they are actually 'backing' anyone in particular.

Butthe 1D fanbase by and large don't care for Andrea [words creepy, weird, ugly, fat and beard and my gran likes him crop up]. For them it's all about OTY, Lauren who are relevant and to a lesser extent SK [split as loyalty to 1D bla bla].
