On in the last 3 or 4 in the time slots? Even in this voting format you will be more than likely safe if you're on late as you're more fresh in the public's mind, the only late slot she's had in this entire series was in week 1 when she was on 10th out of 16, ever since then it's been early to middle time slots while certain acts (not naming any names) have been on late consistently or most weeks and it's not very fair.
What do you guys think about Lauren's time slots this series?

I really don't believe it matters what timeslot Lauren sings in, she will be safe regardless, same as Andrea. And it seems like Ben has joined those two as potential winners.
And I'm not sure why the producers don't give her one of the end performances, maybe they were certain she would be safe, so figured she could have them in future episodes. |

The Queen doesn't need to be dependent on time-slots to gain votes. She has the viewers dialing her number right before the opening titles.

With the daft voting lines open for voting before any of them have sang a note or even walked onstage makes whatever time slot they have now irrelevant. That's my opinion anyway.
Really stupid idea, no point in doing songs, just have them out for a chat if voting is going on before anyone performs at all. |

Probably the reason why Fleur still exists. Is it done randomly? Fleurs got lucky.

The producer or producers decide on it.

Thats annoying! I feel like most of those people would be in the bottom 2 if they were first to sing, a lot of them are really forgettable

I'm not Paul's biggest fan, but Simon definitely is targetting him out of the competition with time slots and song choices these last two weeks.

I'm hoping she'll get the last slot in the next couple of weeks but I think we're more likely to see her open the show before that happens.

Since we can vote before people have even performed it doesn't really matter what slot she's in either way. After a few weeks probably 80% of viewers already know who they're going to vote for before the acts perform.
It would be interesting to know how the producers order the performances though. It's not alphabetical, it's not in an order of groups>boys>overs>girls, there's no pattern with the order of acts each week. Wouldn't surprise me if they make it up each week or put the acts they hate to go first. |

Plus the song is a kiss of death on anyone that sings it.
