Default Ben Haenow: 'Simon Cowell doesn't prefer Fleur East'

The X Factor's Ben Haenow has rejected the idea that Simon Cowell would prefer Fleur East to win the series.

The singer said that his mentor is not "biased" towards East, despite describing her performance of 'Uptown Funk' as "one of the top three performances" ever on the show.

Speaking to PA, Haenow said: "I don't think he's biased. He's really excited for the both of us and happy we got this far. I think he believes in both of us as artists. I don't think he'd have a favourite there.

"I think he's just got two of us through and two people who have worked so hard really beforehand trying to make it in the music industry. I think he's confident in both of us."

He added that Cowell has offered him "priceless" advice during his time on the show.

Haenow will compete against East and Andrea Faustini in this weekend's live final, which will take place in front of a 10,000-strong crowd at the SSE Arena Wembley.

Fleur at least has stage presence, whereas I've seen sponges with more personality than Ben

An Andrea/Fleur top 2 would be the ideal end of the series for me and at that point, i wouldn't care who won

The only way I'd want an Andrea/Fleur f2 is so that it would guarantee Fleur a win I'm still worried Ben will win tbh, the catladies on Facebook love him.
