BIG Brother winner KATE LAWLER has bought a two-bedroom flat in a posh development in south east London for a cool £350,000. The big pay from her Cardio Combat fitness video should help with the costs. Kate, 22, whose parents live nearby hopes to move in this summer. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I just can't get my head around the price of property in London!  Up here you could buy a mansion and umpteen acres of land for £350,000. A two bedroom flat would cost something like £35,000. Unbelievable!
