Default Alicias odds dropping hard

Betfred have refused big bets on Alicia and have dropped her odds but they will still take big bets on Nadia at 5/6 which is twice what she was yesterday, this smacks of insider info. Last year they did the same and were proved right most times. BB have been plagued with leaks for yrs now and it seems this year the lure of an easy buck isn't being overlooked again.

Before anyone comes on and says the bookies are not always right, you car reminded that over the last 5 yrs, they have a 78% hit rate (this means they won over 3/4rs of their favs) which generally gets better the longer the series goes on. Betting in the first weeks is hard.

i'm not a betting man but have wondered..............are there many areas of

betting where those betting can influence result?

in sport participants are excluded from betting but with BB those betting

can vote en masse/lobby support

Betting did effect the result in BB3 if I remember correctly. Sandy was the massive fave to go and then a betting scandal bumped loads of money on Alison and then the votes went her way.

Bets and bookies cant influence the results mate, its more a case of the insiders making a few quid.

2 Years ago a young lad on the production team texted his mates that someone was well in the lead to be evicted (forgot who) but his mates stupidly laid loads of bets on this person with Ladbrokes and they made a massive killing. Ladbrokes refused to pay out and he was arrested and sacked.

Betfair are the ones to watch as they are not private odds compilers, they are punter v punter and these odds are the best to look at.

All this crap about nobody knowing who is being voted for is rubbish. Emma and Rylan have been heard on tv loads of times saying its really close, before the vote ends, so how do they know this. Also the best guide to winning is 10 mins before the vote freezes, that's when the smart money goes down.

Look at Odds checker tonight and see what the odds are just before the result and hit the fav, if they will let you. Most high street bookies have a cap on amounts bet if they are running scared because they cant shut the betting down as this would smack of insider info going to them, which it does so they limit their odds and cap bets to limit damage.

Last year I had 34 bets and won 29 of them and made good money. This year my bets are looking good but I am heavily laid out on Patsy to walk and Perez to get to the final but either Hoppo or cheggars to win but I have a very good bet at very big odds for Callum to reach the final 3. I very rarely bet on who will be evicted, that's a vegas line donkey bet.

The one thing I have to throw into the mix here to protect you all is that the bookies, sometimes throw out a steamer. This is the technical term for a horse or contestant that is seemingly being bet to death which alters the odds dramatically so others see it and follow like sheep thinking someone knows something we don't. When in reality, nobody bet a penny and the bookies conned the public into placing bets on someone or something that wasn't relevant. Be carefull.

Example.....Years ago I and 2 others owned a race horse called Richton Sally. She was a hurdler and trained by Harry Warton. Harry told us to bet her the first time he sent her over the jumps, not the sticks. We had a race laid out for her at wetherby and she wasover the jumps. In those days online bookies were not operating. Harry told us to come to the meeting and bet with him all at the same time.

We all turned up after telling half of Yorkshire we were on a winner and all very niave as well. Harry told us to meet him in front of the stands 5 mins before the race was off and we would all hit the bookies at the same time. She was 8/1 and we were getting excited. All of a sudden with 5 mins to go and after harry turned up, the horse went from 8/1 down to 2/1 asnd we all looked at harry in disbelief, we had missed the price.

He laughed and told us 3 to go and back the original favourite that had drifted from 2/1 to 5/1. We all looked weird but he just laughed and walked away. We saw our horse finish 5th and the fav romped home and we all made thousands. That was a Bookie steamer set up by us and harry but we were pawns. Our horse won the next time out and we won again but this time we kept our gobs shut. Old Harry knew we were going to tell people about the first run so he used that to get the result he knew would be a winner.

Alicias odds may well be dropping, I could never see her having much of a fan base so always wondered why she was considered to be quite safe. On the face of it Nadia should be safe as houses, but she's not. Very weird.

As predicted, Alicias odds have flip flopped and she looks like the one to go as I said. I hope you got a bundle on her as it pretty nailed on now as long as there is no Steamer scams about which looks unlikely.

Evens 5 mins ago is a gift from Nadia being fav to go.

Wow, never seen anything like it, apart from dog racing. Inside information, it must be.

Funny you should mention it but up to my operation I had 12 dogs in training with professional trainers, now down to only one open racer but he us a good one.

If you follow me you will win money. TBH I only had an interest bet on her to go because the smart money came in really late but it was enough to make the wife smile, lol.

Get your shirt on Callum to make the finals and a reasonable bet for patsy to walk.

Cheers I like both those bets.
