We are talking about a bit of the psychology in the house. I will talk about Calum Best and Cami Li. You can talk about the psyche of anyone you want. This thread is the psycho thread.

First Calum Best, it's all about me, me, me. Let's first go back to George Best, and his passion was football, and drinking. The desire of want, and need, followed by reward. You want to be the greatest football player of all time, and your reward is the admiration of the supporters. You want alcohol, and the problem with alcohol is that there is no reward. The need followed by no reward is addictive, because the person who is a drunk is trying to get a reward which is a catch 22 situation, a paradox.

It is in Calum's genes to seek out rewards for himself, and so he is on Big Brother. He is behaving himself because his reward is the admiration of the supporters (the same reward that his father found in football). He is in active flirtation with Cami Li who is not the sort of person that most people would be attracted to. Cami Li has a nasty personality, and it led to her attacking Alicia. Calum Best realised that the only way to get reward would be to join in her attack, so he called Alicia a velociraptor with Cami. He is seeking the reward of sex, but has a girlfriend, and Cami Li has a boyfriend but that would not stop her even on TV.

So the flirtation of Calum Best is to seek out reward, but to also juggle this flirtation with keeping the reward of supporters. If not in the house the two of them would be having sex by now.

Calum Best therefore has the selfish gene, and all of his actions are to do with himself.

Cami Li has even more of a selfish gene with no remorse. Cami Li does not require the reward of the supporters, because her reward is herself.

Don't tell me that if your dad was a mega star that you would find it hard to ignore that fact. He has his dads winning genes and his looks as well. Why not milk it, I would.

Because it hurts others. You can find rewards that help others. You play for a football team you help others to win, but the selfish gene merely tells you that the team needs you, so milk it.

Good thread Pincho, I'll have a go and talk about Katie Hopkins and Patsy.

Katie Hopkins:
You don't have to look far to discover Katie H had an incredibly strict upbringing where failure wasn't an option. She recognizes discipline as both love and admiration and therefore found the armed forces not only the best days of her life but her safe haven. There is one thing Katie fears and that's failure. She will do whatever she has to not to face those deeply hidden demons. This of course makes her appear ruthless. I don't believe Katie is ruthless, just self protective.

I suspect she goes for the type of man who has some real leadership qualities; a man who absolutely won't take her bull**** within the marital home...a dominant character is one who will allow Katie to feel safe and one that will allow her relax and be her true self. Katie has an impenetrable coat of armour to the outside world. The less we know about her the better as far as she's concerned.

Patsy:
Patsy has been in the limelight since she was a little girl. She's been known for hanging out with all the wrong people and although she never became a wild child, she has, like many in her position, abused drugs. Patsy moved away from all of that and found sanctuary and spirituality in her inner self.

The house is pulling Patsy away from everything that allows her peace of mind. She's been thrown into turmoil, has shown small signs of paranoia and is becoming a nervous wreck. Patsy is well out of her safety zone here on CBB and I really hope she's up for the next eviction so she can get out and return to normality within her own safe zone.
