I never really get it when people support acts because they're from the same place as them, really. I personally wouldn't support someone I otherwise wouldn't just because they were from my town.

Supporting someone for their looks, too.

Supporting someone because they're attractive imo, is not only shallow but incredibly pointless, if they can't sing/entertain and only get support because of the way they look then they've failed really

Eg, Sam Callahan.
