Depends if any celebs "demand" it. Last years it was just for the americans mainly something to do with their must haves on the contract so if we have demanding celebs who knows what they could want...once they are actually in though bb can swipe it away from them lol. I think if there are "babes" in the house they are bound to have a spa or something similar but if the ladies are not a perfect size 10...or is it 0 now? then it is less likely.
