Default Conservative : Grant Shapps - M.Greene

The Labour women , last on QT
on the news saying he has
questions to answer

But he has spoken honest about it (from a time of 2005-6)
even on LBC Afternoon show

The PM backs him

He hasn't spoken honestly about it since he said he had never had any other business involvements from becoming an MP in 2005 and it is clear he still had in 2006.

However, I like Grant and think it a bit over the top to be going no about this really, I see no need for any inquiry or any need for him to be replaced a Conservative chairman.

In fact,if I were able to influence Labour, I would want him left where he is at present, on all counts he comes across as at a loss when explaining govt; policy and once he is asked to go even further in detail, he gets almost completely lost.

He was a good housing Minister but has been a walking disaster really in his current role.
He deserved a much better role than he has now in the Conservative party in my view.

I'm pretty sick of all the comparisons to headteachers and senior police officers... as if politicians do a harder job than anyone in the country!
If they did they wouldn't have time for a 2nd job, and the figure quoted they earn isn't including their expenses and allowances either.
Why would the Eton mess be interested in a job for 65K? They wouldn't .. it's for fingers in pies, power and control.

He hasn't done anything wrong just as the others likely haven't, he has however misled people into believing he had no other business interest after becoming an MP, which he now admits he 'screwed up' on, in his words.

I want him to stay as Conservative party chairman,I think he's done nothing to be punished for as to this and he is doing a really weak and very poor job of being the Conservative party chairman too.

Quite frankly, I don't know why anyone even bothers to waste their time turning up and asking David Cameron any questions at all at PMQs.
They may as well just ask irrelevant or crazy questions, they will for sure not get any answers from Cameron no matter what is asked.

I am sure this PM thinks he is the one that has to ask the questions rather then the one who 'should' actually be answering them.
The sooner this daft farce of PMQs is changed the better for me.

It is wholly embarrassing to watch since this PM came to power.

Well there is really no point at all in asking David Cameron anything, whether it is questions on one issue or a range of issues, the result is the same, he never answers directly.

The only thing I am surprised at is why Ed Miliband hasn't said that, there is no point in asking him anything, he never gives an answer.

Last week all Cameron could go on about was Labour and the SNP, no one asked a question about Labour and the SNP.
So what is the point of trying to get any sensible answer to anything from him when he just avoids all the questions anyway and goes off on his own rants.

It is odd how now we have the Conservatives moaning at the SNP having influence in parliament anyway, one of the many parties who dislike intensely all Cameron and the Conservatives currently stand for.
However the Conservatives were very happy to have the 11 SNP MPs in 1979 to help bring down the then Callaghan govt; in their vote of no confidence in that govt:

PMQs is a total farce, it is firstly the worst possible representation of parliamentary procedure.
Secondly, since this PM took office, really no direct answers to any questions, no matter the topic raised, are forthcoming too.
It is also now an embarrassment to watch completely, to see the supposed leader of the whole UK, acting so ridiculously and childishly.

Perhaps if he ever some week got round to answering the questions, then maybe other more relevant and sensible questions could be asked.

Well all he will get from Cameron on that one is that energy prices came down under the coalition and a price freeze is daft to have in place when prices are falling.

You never get from Cameron the actual truth that it was the proposed larger rise that was cut as to energy bills, the charges still went up but not by as much.
Also Cameron totally misses the point, Labour's freeze is that prices cannot go higher than they are when the freeze is put in place, however that doesn't mean that prices cannot still fall, under that freeze.

It still makes a load of sense to those, who are still seeing bills getting more and more and really nothing done about it by this govt: except a bit of tinkering and lip service only to the issue.

I just see PMQs as a waste of time really,it isn't debating it is near always an infantile performance from the PM except when his own backbenchers get up and make their mini party political broadcasts, they are the only people he agrees with in the main.
No real testing questions just statements.

If I was an MP, I would see PMQs with this particular PM as the biggest waste of half an hour in parliament there ever could possibly be.
