I thought both Blair and brown were bad PMs actually,although I welcomed the more compassionate policies for the pensioners and sick and disabled from both PMs.
As to Pension credit, increasing heavily the cold weather payments and winter fuel allowances.

This lot probably couldn't care how many people perished of the cold in winter now, since they have done really nothing as to increasing the aid or extending it.

IMO Brown was a disastrous PM.

Blair however, and I know admitting this in public is akin to being a devil worshipper...but I liked him. The only (big) problem was the illegal war..however I do feel whoever was in power at the time would have licked americas arse and done the same thing. Its what we do

Luckily both are gone now, and its Millibands turn. While personally I would rather it was David than Ed...I would honestly give my vote to Barney the dinosaur if that had a choice of getting rid of the tories, and in particular IDS.
