i have to speak
but i don't want pain or to offend
so onto the internet i will leak
i wan't everyone to no Richard was my friend.
what a lovely chap
always smiling and never complaining
the positiveness from Richard was on tap
on his departure my eyes are raining.
his mum must be heart broken
her pain in me is drilling
she can rest assure not a bad word spoken
comfort and being proud must be filling.
in the sad times
Betty has to be central
every minute or hour the clock chimes
her pain will be deep and mental.
a little catch up
offer a helping hand
a invitation of a brew in a cup
reassure Betty that Richard is waiting in a glorious pain free land.
