Noises in the night are causing trouble...
Ken's snoring bothered the House's rafters for a second night, and come daybreak Cleo and Danielle couldn't take anymore.

After enduring the kind of sleep deprivation only experienced under interrogation, the bleary-eyed pair staggered to the Diary Room to beg for Big Brother's help.

"Good morning," said Big Brother, but the women didn't agree.

"It's not a good morning," said Danielle, sadly. "Ken won't stop snoring. It's like a foghorn."

"You can even hear it outside. I've tried touching him... but it didn't work. I think he's having a good night though," said Cleo.

"Whereabouts did you touch him?" asked Big Bro.

"On his bum," replied Danielle.

"I wasn't quite sure," giggled Cleo, gesturing. "His thigh, I think. I pushed him a bit, but I didn't want to wake him in case I startled him." We detect a fatal flaw in this method, Cleo.

"We need to give him a good shake," prompted Danielle, spotting the problem.

"Can the doctor suggest something? We could sew his lips up," added Cleo. Not something we'd endorse, but we feel your pain, ladies.

"He's so sweet. I feel bad. But it's sooo loud," said Cleo.

"He said yesterday he'd get a nose clip. But obviously, he never," laughed Danielle.

"Obviously! Our faces are going to be hanging round our ankles tomorrow," chuckled Cleo. Good that our girls can find humour in the face of adversity.

"Is anyone else awake?" asked Big Brother, sizing up the problem.

"I don't know why they're not," replied Danielle.

"Maybe you should have climbed in with him; that would settle him down," suggested Cleo, a desperate light bulb popping up in brain.

"You could top and tail," added Danielle.

Well, it's a thought...
