The conversion of the UK into an economy based on The City was started under The Tories in the 80's and continued under New Labour, and is still progressing under Cameron's latest Tory bunch. I most certainly do not... I have suggested this goes way back to the 80s haen't I, how is that forgetting the past?
I'm not glossing over the Labour years either deregulation was and is the issue then and now.
