Nobody bats an eyelid when Joel exposes himself & infects the sink with bodily waste.
He probably had a good shake & sprayed it around, it's only where food/washing up/personal grooming goes on. No risk of contamination there...

I wonder if he got caught short, he might have gone to the bathroom at the last minute and the loo was engaged

As long as he Flashed it all afterwards I don't see a major problem, better than peeing all over the floor.
