To fill airtime I guess, they did a similar thing last year for the the Celebrity Scrapheap twist during summer CBB.

I think it's quite cool. They should have switched Mark and Samanda for Toya and Charley tho

Toya is the most overrated housemate ever. She had one argument and people treat her like the second coming.
