I don't know why so many people don't like Shilpa. This forum is very pro-Shilpa but other forums and sites are completely against her, so its not just the housemates. I just can't understand it as she seems nice and she's not boring. Isn't that usually the winning combination for shows like Big Brother?

It is, but I've noticed any HMs like that also spark either love or hate, e.g. you either really like the HM or don't care for the HM much; not many tend to be indifferent. Similar sort of idea for Nikki, BB7 - you either loved or hated her. I think in the long run HMs like Shilpa end up doing well though, when she has people who dislike her certainly but at the same time has a strong fan base.
