Channel 5 says Series 5 - MTV says Series 16?

Channel 5 says Series 5 - MTV says Series 16?

I noticed that if you look at the listings for Big Brother on Channel 5 on a TV, it says that this is series 5 (see below - spoilerd due to image size).

However, if you look at the MTV listings, it says that Big Brother is in series 16 (see below).

It's a small thing, but I'm just interested as to why one says series 5 and the other says series 16...
