Default Hows this for an idea - "BB: Second Chance"
Rather than an all-star series, how about a "second chance" series where all the housemates are the first evictees of all the previous series?

There would be some good housemates there.

You could make a series solely out of HMs evicted by unfair twists:

Jonathan, Shanessa, David, Beinazir, Rachael, Victoria, Sallie, Biannca, Danielle, Marlon, Keiron, Harriet, Twins, Sarah etc

Second chances for people that went before day 40 would be good... Specifically because anyone that goes early was probably entertaining. From C5 alone Adjoa, Eileen, Toya, Chris, Lydia could all return which would be good.
