I've never thought Charley was an awful person because I never thought she meant any harm, she was just really argumentative. This is what separates her from other BBUK villainesses like Caroline and Helen who are legitimately terrible people.

Her friendships with Nicky, Tracey, Laura, Samanda and Carole show what a kind hearted bitch she was although she was argumentative by nature she was no bully.
