Default To make it more fair, make them nominate 1 of each.
I think from now on there should be a rule that when they nominate they choose 1 American and 1 Brit each. Do you think this rule would make it more fair?

It would make it more interesting definitely or if they wanted a new nomination twist one week they could make them use both their noms on their own "team"

I was going to post basically this. Unfair would be them disliking someone but not being able to vote for them based on nationality.
