I Love Niamh’s Brick
|
Just wondering what everyone puts in their smoothies if you make them at home?
I usually have oranges, banana, spinach, ginger, frozen natural yoghurt, acacia honey, celery and carrot (sometimes blue algae, spirulina or wheatgrass as well if I have it in. ![]() Just made one with apples, honey, frozen yoghurt and rhubarb

Mixed frozen fruits like Strawberries, Raspberries, Morello Cherries, Redcurrants & Blackcurrants, Bit of orange juice and a couple of blocks of ice.. can add gin if you want an alcoholic smoothie which is really good.

I prefer protein shakes with lots of crushed ice....latte is my fav.

My usual is apple/strawberries, frozen berries, red grapes, ice and orange juice sometimes with/without a banana... but I'm looking for new recipes!
