they say:
"No overt racism has been done, There has been only cultural and class difference." "Shilpa hasn't complained, so no action will be taken." My question is they were doing behind her back, of course she wont complain. She doesn't know its happening, however viewers have seen it. hence the outcry. They have just let themselves off
