That's cruel. Austin has some issues, but I can see some good in him. He losing his cool because he's paranoid that his friends are turning on him (not just James)....thanks to Jenna's constant whispering in his ear.

The more he gets angry with Janice...the more they defend her....the more Jenna whispers in his ears and feeds his paranoia....and the more he gets angry with Janice. It's a vicious cycle.

He's not getting that his friends are hating the way he acted toward Chlovie and how he acts with Janice...but that they really do like him.

He thinks that his friends like Janice better than him...and that's far from the truth. If he would only ignore Jenna and listen to his real friends, he would realize that James and the others do prefer him to Janice and his crazy anger against her would subside.

I think everything Austin said tonight is a reflection of how he is feeling inside. It's really sad to watch someone completely crumble like that and I hope he can move on with his life when he's evicted tomorrow and focus on the things that make him happy.
I think he feels that people are against him and that just reinforces what he thinks of himself - that he is worthless. Austin is someone who is plagued with insecurities that manifest into poisonous attacks against others.
The things he said to Janice tonight were appalling but I hope his friends in the house can see that it's actually aimed towards himself but he can't find a better coping strategy to handle it.
In no way shape or form is this post a defence of Austin's behaviour, he will be evicted tomorrow and rightly so, but I don't think he's the type of guy who would ever want to intentionally hurt anyone.
We live and learn, we all have flaws and things about us as people that need to improve. I'm sure he's got some good people in his life on the outside, I just hope he hangs on to them, confronts his demons and becomes a better person for it.
