my sister told me that jade has been signed up by channel 4 for a tv show thats probably the only reason bb are nice to her and the presenters, dermot and russel?

No, it's because Dermot, Rusell, Davina and Jade all share the same agent. And I think because she's endemols own creation and it was their twist they want her to look as good as possible so it makes their twist look good.
