Oh ffs... We've all that ruddy steel, could've built 1000s of prefabs or retirement complexes. Why is Cameron making us beholden to the Chinese?

Brazil is also does Steel.

China has Massive Steel Plants
but tried to Control Markets
which was stupid
so as Construction in China slowed up
they lowered the price of Steel
to clear the back log
no one can stop them
