It's lovely you thinking about the cat like that, if you will be fretting ,have you got a neighbour who will maybe feed it ? or is there a little place like a shed where you could just leave a fair bit of dry food down ? Go and enjoy your holiday Anaesthesia, as others have said the cat will be fine,hope you have a great time and moggy will be waiting for you when you get back
