I dont think Cleo is malicious to vote like that, I think she genunly likes Shilpa, dont listen to those idiots at d/s.
I think Cleo is good as masking her hurt when Dirk flirts with Shilpa. She makes out that she doesn't fancy him, but look at her in the mornings with him. Her eyes follow him. And what is funny, is that Dirk probably knows Cleo fancies him.
