I don't really know who she is, and Google isn't much help, but is Ex on the Beach all she's done? Winston from BB15 had been in three reality shows (I've not seen any of them, so I don't know how much) but he was in the civvie?

Ex on the Beach is more a high profile reality show and Megan was in a more high profile role on it than anything that Winston was in, although I agree that the lines between civilian and celebrity are ridiculously blurred nowadays
